Provision of an email address -  A fully fledged serviced office in various sizes, with office equipment.- Provision of a telephone land line (optional) - if yes, monthly bill will be paid by the client - Office Air-condition, heating, electricity are included - Kitchen support, kettle, Microwave, Fridge, water filter fridge. -  Use of a conference room for -2- hours per week, based on availability and pre-booking. - Ability to use the seminar room (accommodate up to 50 people) for -1- day per month, based on availability and pre-booking. - Reception – use of the lobby area. o Receptionist services can assist on:  Delivery of any courier or other mail.  Handle any visitors.  Assistance on the provision of business cards, letterheads and marketing material.  Company name on the lobby board of the Business Center - Cleaning services.  Internet speed is 400 mbps per second – fiber optics.

Security issues: i) The building is fully secure with: (1) Alarm system (2) There is a 24/7 camera system around the building (3) Use of a Security Access card. (4) The building working hours are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and on Friday until 15:00.
