The complex consists of 61 detached houses of two and three bedrooms,characterised by contemporary interior and modern architecture. The character of the houses is complemented by high quality fixtures and fittings as well as their idyllic location which is serene and close to the sea but yet has easy access to a large number of amenities and activities. The complex is designed to inspire a spirit of community while each having its privacy. These features have gained the project its inclusion in the ‘Cyprus’ Carta Against Climate Change’.
