3. Services Offered:

4.Conditions:

• Company will be transferred to buyer with both certified employees which must remain in employment under the new owner for a minimum period of 12 months.

5. Good will  Price:

•  €160,000 (excluding VAT).

• Additional VAT may apply as per prevailing regulations.

6. Financial Performance and ROI:

• Gross Income: €20,000 per month.

• Operating Costs: €7,000 per month.

• Estimated ROI: Initial investment recoverable in just over two years.

7. Payment Terms:

• Down Payment: 60% (€,100,000) upon signing the lawyer agreement in 2024.

• The remaining outstanding amount must be paid before the transfer of the rental agreement for the grounds and the whole company transferred to the client.
